Parkline Phase 1 by Minto

Parkline Phase 1 is the first phase of a thoughtfully designed multi‑residential community by Minto Communities located at the intersection of Richmond Road & 25 St SW in Calgary’s Richmond Knob Hill neighbourhood.

Currently in the Development Permit (DP2025‑02420) stage, the project is being reviewed by the City to ensure strong alignment with land‑use policies and neighbourhood character. A virtual information session was held in May 2025—public feedback is accepted until June 11, 2025.

Parkline will bring a mix of condos and townhomes and enhance public spaces near transit corridors and parks. Pricing, unit mix, and exact occupancy timelines are still pending as approvals progress.

 Additional Context & Updates

• As of May 15, 2025, Minto officially submitted the Phase 1 Development Permit application to the City of Calgary. 

• A public comment period was held in summer 2024, with a second Detailed Review letter (DR2) issued in September. The application is currently undergoing technical review. 

• No information on pricing or unit counts has been released yet—marketing is still in early planning stages.
